English School shows support

English Martyrs RC Primary School, Oakham, have been raising money for Julian and Caroline’s work since 2007 and made them their official charity 4 years ago, so that every week each class put their pennies into a pot which is sent to SaltMalawi. The children are kept up to date both by visits from Julian and Caroline when in the UK and by updates form Rachel Lott (Julian’s mother) and the SaltMalawi website. When SaltMalawi made its blanket appeal last winter the School wanted to help and so during Lent they raised £365.90 by various events including a sleep-over in school at £5.00 a head. Rachel received the cheque at an Assembly in the spring. She is pictured here with children from the school.
