Discipling
| At the heart of everything is the fact that God’s heart is for people, including those of Malawi and Mozambique. The desire of the Malawi team is that as many people as possible will have the opportunity to find out about Jesus, to commit themselves to him and become his followers. They also want people to experientially know the love and compassion of Jesus, through practical needs being met whether that be through feeding programmes, orphan work, through prayer or the teaching of God's Word, or through farming projects. It is a well recognised characteristic of the heart of our Father God that He shows Himself to be particularly concerned about the poor and vulnerable. He has put a similar burden upon the Lotts and the Malawi team to get involved with such people in order to demonstrate the heart of God, to the best of their abilities. |
